i think there is a little something wrong with my left bicep, when i used to do curls, the day after it would hurt so much that i wouldn't be able to workout for the next 4-5 days.
But now since i'm doing rippetoe's it really only hurts after bench pressing, and it's not a big pain or anything, my bicep just gets sore and a bit cramped up near my shoulder but by the time i have to bench press again the pain is almost all completely gone.
i don't know what it is, but it's been happening for about 3 months now, i think it may be some type of mild bicep tendonitis or something, but anyways, if it hurts only a bit for a day or 2 after benching, but it is fine by the time i have to bench press again is this ok to do???
also i ask this because my left arm/bicep(the hurt one) is slightly smaller than my right one.
