not if you get some caffeine.
If you really need people on the freakin' internet to answer this ...
quit being a little bitch and go lift
Yeah dude.Dont ask us if you should workout.Get your ass to the gym.
Drink some coffee and push yourself in the gym.
It may not be your best workout, but it'll sure as hell beat sitting on your ass at home and/or taking a nap.

Im oncall for my job most of the time, and often I get called in the middle of the night, to fix stuff.
I still workout, and sometimes I have awesome workouts even on little sleep.. I might feel like ass going in.. but to me, in my mind, its just another challenge to overcome, and one more thing to get mad about and pump myself up.
Life happens dude.. don't let it prevent you from hitting your goals.
If we had to go by the 8 hour sleep rule... I'd probably never lift.

on a more serious note, only you will now if you are up to working out or not.
your muscles won't atrophy over night so rest if you need to and workout if you are feeling up to it.
It is currently a fad, at this writing, for boys to think they need a "six pack", although most of them don't have an ice chest to put it in.
well I went, I had to lower my squat weight because my legs were still sore from wed squats (this I believe is from lack of sleep) but my form was spot on, worked out ok I guess, but Monday im going to hit it haaaaaaaard
ha...ima save this thread for those times I dont want to hit the gym
if ur tired just go to sleep bro and have a good workout tommorow.
LISTEN 2 UR BODY!
I thrive on 5 hours of sleep a night. Many days, when I've felt very tired, I set new PRs by psyching myself up and drinking some Ultimate Orange or coffee (yuck).

Take a caffeine pill or two right before a 20 minute nap. By the time you wake up the caffeine should be kicking in and you'll feel a crapload better. I find the caffeine also helps get rid of any grogginess after I wake up as well.
