My brother's got a weird issue. He's 6 feet tall and bulked up to 230 then cut down to 205 in a span of 5 months (he was moody as a broad) yet he's got this lingering fat covering his obliques, stomach and lower back. We both know about fitness and whatnot but how is it still possible to look the same in the stomach area now as he did 25 pounds heavier?.
