What order do the p90x workouts go in?

I have all of the p90x videos but don't know what order I am supposed to do them in.

I randomly did the back and bicep video and the **** is for real. Anyways, yeah, wondering what order I am supposed to be doing the clips in. I heard something about phases? If anybody knows the details on these workouts and the order in which to do them, please let me know.

Here's what I know about P90X... it sells on craigslist for about $75... that should get you a month or 2 at a gym.

Got the videos for free. I already have a gym membership as well.

Just looking to find the order the videos are supposed to be done in.

I would begin with the ones that are a complete waste of time and finish off with the ones that are the least useful.

Actually I found the order just now on yahoo answers.

So, this thread is now exclusively for trolling.

Lots of people have had great success with the p90x stuff. Its not a bad gig for cutting I think.

It is bad for cutting. HEAVY WEIGHT is the best way. That is if you want to keep as much muscle as you can.

My roommate does this. I hear him jumping around and banging against the wall in his room during his workouts. He pretty much looks the same as he did 60 days ago when he started it.

Lifting heavy for low reps + HIIT/tabata style cardio workouts + high protein diet is much better for looking sexy.

P90X is laughable. Seriously, just hit the gym with a routine, and stick with it for 90 days.

You don't plateau like they want you to believe.

I'm not saying you never plateau, just nothing like they describe it as.

Some people need that routine laid out for them step by step or they wont stick to it

Then they need discipline, not video tapes.
