Anyone who has tried NHE. Did you make muscle gains while on the diet? What were your experiences while on it. Would you mind posting what your would eat daily, like a list of what you ate at each meal per day?
Lost a lot of FAT and got stronger in probably every single exericise. Started up NHE again today. Check out my journal bro. Good luck. I would really really recommend NHE, over any other diet, I have tried them all.
Did you gain alot of lean mass with it? or just strength and fat loss?
I dont think that I put on a lot, if any, size to be honest. Strength went up and fat came off. I didnt do NHE for bulking though. If was going to do NHE for bulking I would probably instead of eating a big highcarb meal a few hours after my workouts twice a week, I would carbup for around 4-5 hours straight after I worked out twice a week.

NHE takes the fat off quickly.
My only complaint was my strength plummeted, so I'm trying a different diet this time around. If I was to go back to NHE I would have slightly larger refeeds than what Rob suggests. Carbs are a cornerstone in every diet.

What were your carbup meals like? Protein, carbs and calories? Just wondering because my strength is great on NHE.
