More of just an informative post, I am now 2 weeks out from my very first meet (the So Cal Regional Championships). I will be competing in the Junior 198's, and looking to total at least 940 (~300 Squat/~230 Bench/~410 DL).
I am in the last week of training before the meet. Here is a video of last night's squat.
If you experienced lifters have any advice, I'd be happy to hear it (and yes, I will be opening light).
