    Very good and very bad news....help!

    So I went yesterday and got my body fat checked.....I have 7.07%. The thing is, I used to be really fat when I was 12-15 and because of that my skin is not as tight as it should be....and because of that I don't really have much in the way of ab definition.

    Is there some kind of lotion/oil/pill I could take/use to get my skin tighter? A tummy tuck is not really an option seeing as those cost like $5k.

    Thanks for any help.

    I think the only way it's going to tighten up naturally is over time.

    Are you really 7%? If you cant see your abs you are probably closer to 10 or 11. Post some pics!

    where did you get it checked? what method did they use? I'm around 5'11 and 190-195 and i can see my abs pretty clearly when i flex. Lowest body fat that i've had tested was 9% in the beginning of wrestling season.

    It could be just lot of extra skin if he was really over-weight. I'm impressed if it's really 7%.

    dude ABOUT 7%. I have gotten mine checked and most of the time they are off 2-3%. I have maybe 10-13% ish and i can see the our side of my abs forming... if ur 7% u should have a 6-pack.

    mate i used to be really overweight as well in my younger teens but when i was 15/16 i got down to 9% body fat and you could see my abs clearly, i also think i have gotten slightly lower and my abs were even more visable. maybe its just that the measurement is off and you are not truely 7%?

    I dunno, I lost a lot of weight, and though I have no clue what my bf is, i have never even seen the hint of ab definition. I know i may not be near 10% now, but I had to be darn close at my lowest weight (5'10, 135)

    Take a look at Marc Bartley's log on elitefts.com. He was using something to draw his skin in since he lost over 100lbs.
