I would love to see a discussion on building for guys over 40. I have been home training now for a year. I have learned much but would love to read from some of the seasoned guys. What are some of the difficulties related to lifting after 40? What are some of the routines or ideas that are helpful to us seasoned men? What about nutritional needs for 40 +ers? Is there such a place on the net or is it possible to see a forum here? Just curious so I thought I would ask.
