Heres my routine. Benching heavy 5x5 twice a week isn't best for me. I'm thinking of changing the rep range or maybe just swap in a different press movement on fridays. Heres what the routine looks like. Please give me your suggestions.
Mon - Squat 3x5, Bench 5x5, Row 5x5
Wed - Military 5x5, Deadlift 5x5
Fri - Squat 3x5, (press movement), Chins 5x5
