The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    quick little one month cut?

i've been bulking for about 6 months now, i gained 20 lbs so far, my bodyfat went from 14% to 16% during these 6 months. I am currently 5'10 189 lbs.

I have never done a cut before since i am fairly new to these bulking/cutting, so if I want to do a short one month cut how should i go about cutting back on my calories?

Right now i'm eating 3700 calories a day, so i was thinking about eating 600 calories less, so 3100 for the first week, then maybe subtract 200 a week for the next 3 weeks.

How much bodyfat do u guys think i have a chance of losing within this month??

Right now my long term plan is to bulk for 4 months, then a 1 month cut, then bulk again for 4 months and a 3 month cut, and all that will add up to one year.

    you said 600 calories less each day. 600x7 = 3600. That's a lb of fat a week. Or 200x7 = 1400/3500 = 2.5 weeks for a lb of fat.

if you count calories and can really cut by the given amount said, I would say yes. Water weight will be lost aswell. I would aim more for the slow 200 and just keep lifting heavy.
