On another forum this huge guy posted his routine.. He is a 300lb bodybuilder and according to him he hasn't used steroids in 8 years...
I noticed that he pyramids his sets, what do you guys think of this?
This is old stuff, apparently he is now squatting nearly 700 lbs on his last set of squats.

Hur hur, routines like that are not designed for the public.
"Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but no one wanna lift this heavy ass weight."
Actually he recommended that people could try his routine, but just cut down on the volume. If it's so "retarted" why is he bigger and stronger than most of the people here, even when you include the powerlifters?

Sometimes it is ok to be selective and skeptical when believing what you read.

Probably works for him.
he carries a good bit of bodyfat. i could believe it works for him without gear. i mean..lean, he's probably under 250. with decent genes, that's not unattainable.
that guy does not look proportionate.. he should chill with the traps a bit.
I don't like it but apparently it works well for him at this point. Should everyone do this? Is it the secret to strength? No and no. Lots of different things work for different people. I mean I guess its neat and all but not my cup of tea.
Looks like an awful routine. But with the genetics that guy obviously has, anything would probably work for him. Arnold's routines were overtraining for most people, but with his genetics and steroids they worked well for him.
Point being that just because someone got big from doing a routine, it doesn't mean that that specific routine was responsible for getting them there.
