My first real workout in about two weeks, my Mother passed away last Thursday and returned home to Florida a couple of days ago. Everyone in my family said that they were excited about my pursuits and happy with my achievements - put in a couple of PR's yesterday at training:
320 lbs log press clean once and press for two (national record for LW is 333 lbs on a 12" log so I am getting close). Also took out a 600 lbs yoke for 250 feet no drops, most contests would be about 75 foot distance so my run was 3 times that.
Have just started taking AtLarge ETS and I feel like it has helped me to sleep better and recover quicker, especially with all of the stress in my life right now. Would recommend that supplement for anyone who is looking for better rest and recovery.
