get some compression shorts (nike, UA, Mcdavid, etc.) and wear under your shorts, you will never have that problem again

No idea what compression shorts are, i'm about to google them. I'm assuming they're similar to briefs?

I think I'm at 4! Its so funny when it happens. Its bad when you're right at the bottom of a deep heavy squat and it feels like your shorts ripped. Its a huge distraction but funny nonetheless. It only happens when I forget to wear boxer briefs instead of the cotton non-stretchy boxer shorts.

4 or 5. Doesn't take long to realize you shouldn't be squatting in boxers anymore, though.

    Don't do the visual, though.

Dick's, Big 5, etc. all have them. Typically on sale about $20-$25 a pair. I've always worn those and not boxers.

I usually wear trunk style underwear. I still have trouble sometimes with them when jogging, with regard to chafing. It's only after I've been at it for several days in a row.

Can you jog comfortably in compression shorts?

    Zero.
Then again, I wear briefs with jammers underneath (short length speedo).

When I oly squat, I'll wear boxer briefs and those have held up fine.

My personal record was 5 boxers in a row (mon, wed, fri, mon, wed) when I was on Bill Starr. If I had to count all of them, I think the number would be about 15.

    Pretty funny visual.

I'm with the compression shorts crowd. Boxers are my preferred form of britches, tho. (I don't do the tighty-whiteys.) But when riding the motorcycle almost everyday or training or any other athletic endeavor, the boxers just aren't comfortable. So there's only a few left in the back of the drawer because of that.

    The answer is NONE.

It is currently a fad, at this writing, for boys to think they need a "six pack", although most of them don't have an ice chest to put it in.
