    Power clean.

    Can I do my Power clean like this video?

    that's more of a full squat clean

    a power clean is caught much higher (less squat on the catch)
    5'10", 170lbs, 10% bf

    Bench:255 Squat:295 Dead:400
    Snatch:145 C&J: 205
    Chin-Up: +135 Dip: +100
    Max Pull-Ups: 44

    Agreed. That is a clean - not a power clean.

    I thought that you also pressed the weight after you clean it.
    You cant buy strength, but you sure as hell can work for it

    Agh. Then what would be a Power clean?

    The video stated it was a power clean.

    With a power clean you basically just catch the bar with maybe a quarter squat at most. A clean would be catching the bar with a full squat.

    I don't got guts to jump that high and fall back and end up in a hospital.

    I have other stuff I need my body for.. Bike riding, Soccer, walking in school all 1337 and that.

    I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. The clean is at its very fundamentals a jump with the barbell in your hands.

    Yes, that power clean would work. The reason the lady jumped so high is probably because the weight was so low. Kastro is right too.
