i have a question about deads. when doing them i stand on a platform so at the bottom part of each rep the plates don't hit the floor. i then continue doing my next rep from there going back up then down again. my question is, should i be doing them of the floor and treating each rep as a single? meaning, at the the bottom off each rep place the bar back in its starting position on the floor and begin the next rep.
any ideas?
