    Wednesday Workout B 11/12/08
    Squat 260x3x5 (form down, very sore since I took a day off)
    OH Press 125x3x4 (too much sex and ****ty diet on weekend my lifts went down about 5lbs or more)
    Power Cleans 175x5x3 (last two sets 2 reps
    Chins BWx3x5

    Last weekend lost a few lbs, so I was like wtf? How is that possible? But my diet was horrendous. Also I had mad sex today and was in the gym at 10:12 pm which is kinda late.

    Friday Workout A 11/14/08
    Squat 265x3x5
    Bench Press 190x3x5 (last two sets did 4 reps, very light spot 5th)
    Deadlift 325x1x5

    This workout was explosive and awesome. My form is really nice on the squat, I'm squatting much deeper now with 265, so even if I'm at the same weight, it is a form of progression. The 325 didn't seem too heavy but my grip is losing strength now. I start with a hook grip and it slips into a normal double overhand, and by the last rep on the way down my fingers are barely wrapping around the bar.

    Monday Workout B 11/17/08
    Squat 270x3x5
    OH Press 125x5, 125x4, 125x3, 125x3 (achieve 15 rep volume)
    Power Cleans 175x5x3
    Chinups BWx3x5

    Wednesday Workout A 11/19/08
    Squat 275x3x5 (Perfect form no spot)
    Bench Press 190x3x5 (Perfect form no spot)
    Deadlift 335x1x5 (Perfect form no spot, 95% effort or more, very tough)
    Dips BWx3x5 (last set I hit 10 or more, was just playing with them this time, next time weighted)

    Wow, yeah so a lot of **** has happened and didn't go friday of that week or any of last week at all, but I went on Monday of this week on the 1st of December... After everything ****ty diet I weighed in at 204ish with shoes, wow... and my lifts went down by like 10-15%

    Chins BWx3x5 (With negatives on final reps)

    Saturday Workout A 12/6/08
    Squat 265x3x5
    Bench Press 185x5, 185x4, 185x3
    Deadlift 320x1x5
    Dips BWx7, x7, x6

    Awesome work. You ahead of me on the squat, DL, and power clean, Our bench and OH press is close. That helps me push myself to get my numbers up.
