Wednesday Workout B 11/12/08
Squat 260x3x5 (form down, very sore since I took a day off)
OH Press 125x3x4 (too much sex and ****ty diet on weekend my lifts went down about 5lbs or more)
Power Cleans 175x5x3 (last two sets 2 reps
Last weekend lost a few lbs, so I was like wtf? How is that possible? But my diet was horrendous. Also I had mad sex today and was in the gym at 10:12 pm which is kinda late.
