    Monday Thursday
    4-Deadlifts 5-Bent Over Rows
    4-Bent Over Rows 4-Pulley Rows
    4-TBar Rows 3-Machine Pulldowns
    4-One Arm DB Rows 3-Front Pulldowns

    2 sets of bent over rows
    and 2 sets of chins.
