GREAT WORK MIKE!!! You look great.
I'd be interested in seeing what your diet looks like at the moment, as opposed to when you first started; and also what AT LARGE NUTRITION products you are using and how you are incorporating them.
Straightening out pipe cleaners for over 20 years.
I'm gonna be so proud to ride coasters with you next July!

Run? Are you crazy? I wouln't even run for the dinner bell! I don't remember seeing running as a part of Push/Pull.
Awesome work!! Congratulations. You look so much leaner, especially in the face.

Lift for gains, not glory.Control your ego and the weight
What a strong girl! This leads me to believe you can severly injure most of the male population-Nick Hatfield
You're blazing white hot, anyone ever tell you that? Sometimes i think you have fingers faster then Superman when it comes to posts on WBB forums.
Hot in terms of both speed and... well new hotness- Stash
dang looking all abercrombie an finch like
if you lose another 60lbs you would have lost enough weigth for one whole me.
Awesome work man! I'm currently looking to lose about 25-30lbs but maintain most of my strength I was wondering if you could please give me some tips on how to accomplish this. Right now Im about 283lbs my stats are raw bench 345lbs DL 450lbs Squat 400lbs. I would like to make these lift at around 260lbs. Once again great work your a true inspiration.
Nice work on the weight loss, I think that everyone on here can appreciate the kind of discpline that it has taken to make consistent gains. What is the time period for the 120 lbs?
Good job. I too am curious as to how long it took to do this? You must be very-well disciplined.
The bloat in the second picture down looks very admirable Wolfy. LOL. Let me know when you get down to the Eaton area again, so we can hit some mexican again. You can have some rice and shredded chicken. BTW--you look a hell of alot healthier--keep it up.
You da man.
Great job Mike
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold
Do work son. Big Black (Rob and Big)
Great job so far, you'll get that last 60 soon enough.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
You look like you were on the biggest loser!
Looks like some loose skin on the biceps, could just be the lighting though. How long did it take you to lose the weight?
Great job, I know how hard it is to drop the weight. I droped 130lbs myself, but I lost a lot of strength. In fact I got into powerlifting to have something to keep me in the gym. And I'm slowly getting my strength back.
WOW! Tate, Bartley, Wolfe....Is this a trend? These men should be commended just for making the decision to loose the excess fat let alone actually meeting the goals. Mike Wolfe, I only know you through the site and PLUSA but I hope your feeling great. You look much better, much happier and I'm sure your still insanely strong. I wish all fatties had the same resolve and discipline that you and the others have. Great job.
You look great man! Awesome transformation!
