You all know I've been dropping bodyweight and not training to compete. Chris and Daniel have been behind me 110% of the way giving me diet advice and training advice to help me get this weight off. Not only have I been dropping pounds I have also maintianed a majority of my strength on all my accessory work.

Well as I announced last week I hit a milestone of 120 pounds dropped and hit the 300 pound mark. Here are a few pics from yesterday I'm sitting around 302-303 in these pics but I had ate pizza the night before also

120 pounds dropped and only 60 more to go!!!
I went from size 48-50 pants to size 40 hanging on me in these pics!!!

    THANKS Chris and Daniel!!!!!

GREAT WORK MIKE!!! You look great.

I'd be interested in seeing what your diet looks like at the moment, as opposed to when you first started; and also what AT LARGE NUTRITION products you are using and how you are incorporating them.

Nice work on the weight loss, I think that everyone on here can appreciate the kind of discpline that it has taken to make consistent gains. What is the time period for the 120 lbs?

The bloat in the second picture down looks very admirable Wolfy. LOL. Let me know when you get down to the Eaton area again, so we can hit some mexican again. You can have some rice and shredded chicken. BTW--you look a hell of alot healthier--keep it up.

    Great job Mike
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

Great job so far, you'll get that last 60 soon enough.

You look like you were on the biggest loser!

Looks like some loose skin on the biceps, could just be the lighting though. How long did it take you to lose the weight?

Great job, I know how hard it is to drop the weight. I droped 130lbs myself, but I lost a lot of strength. In fact I got into powerlifting to have something to keep me in the gym. And I'm slowly getting my strength back.

WOW! Tate, Bartley, Wolfe....Is this a trend? These men should be commended just for making the decision to loose the excess fat let alone actually meeting the goals. Mike Wolfe, I only know you through the site and PLUSA but I hope your feeling great. You look much better, much happier and I'm sure your still insanely strong. I wish all fatties had the same resolve and discipline that you and the others have. Great job.
