I just found out there's a powerlift meet at my school in 2 weeks and I want to enter for the hell of it.
I'm currently on Mason's bench 30 pounds in 30 days routine and it's going well.
Should I just stick to my routine or change it up to focus more on sq, dl, and bench? Is it better to give it a full day of rest before the meet or should I try a 1RM for each lift before the meet?
Also, the meet is at 8 in the morning... what should I eat and how should I prep for it on the day of?
