I will start this monday morning because I will be starting a new stack and changing my routine.
It will look something like this.
10 pm Sleep
Bench- 3*10 @ 155,165,175
Flys- 2*15 @ 30
Incline Bench- 3*6 @ 145,150,155
Decline Flys- 2*15 @ 30
Decline Bench-2*10 @ 145,155
So I know im a noob, if anyone has suggestions I'll take them.
Todays workout went amazing...I was lifitng my normal weight waaay to easy so i upped everything 10lbs!! and completed all the sets fairly easy.
Im just now starting my animal stak and im sure today was just a placebo effect but i was definitely feeling intense and wanted to push my body to its limits.
Well i'll update again tomorrow, Im going to get some food IM starving!
