Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

A whole shitload of Jiu-jitsu training that I didn't log in because I've been too damn busy to get to my computer! It's been fun though!

This is getting difficult to stay consistent with my training. My work has me going to all these classes. I have another week long class coming up from 6/6 - 6/10...so I'm kinda chucking a forced deload right in the middle of a cycle. Then, I have a few vacations coming up in the end of June and the middle of July. My thoughts are that I'm just going to move right along with Cycle 18 and train every chance I get....if 2 sessions happen to be 6 days apart from each other, so be it....Towards the end of July I should be back to my consistency again. All I know is that I will continue to do my best to lift 3 days/week and train BJJ every chance I get (at least 3 days a week).

Good update. Very nice squats. You'll be fine with the busy schedule, just get them in when you can.

Life happens, you'll be fine I'm sure. Probably find a whole new level of motivation when you're able to come back.

You certainly make it very easy to follow along and prove this workout can work for a long time. I like the idea of starting with deads. I might do that tonight.

Nice work on everything, since you're push pressing anyway I would probably do that for all 3 work sets. No reason to waste any extra energy on strict pressing before hand. The extra practice may also do you some good.

Hey Bri do you remember when you stated this - Definitely some solid numbers in here man!!! Your squat and bench KILL mine...but I've got you on the deadlift .

Well just thought I would point out I pulled 420 x 3 last night. Not sure if you remember but I said I would let you know when I caught up to you. YOUR TURN! Nice healthy competition.
