I'm just curious what everyones thoughts are on this article:
Basically the article says you should master bodyweight exercises before moving onto weighted ones. Kind of hard to swallow, but I'm thinking about giving it a shot...I want to know what the effect will be on my lifts once I've mastered everything.
I tried one of the modified(easy) one-leg squats a couple minutes and I could barely do one.
Maybe I'll give this a shot and keep a journal. Anyway, what do y'all think?
