Need a few questions answered please.I'm sure some of the high school,college,and trainers could help here.

When you guys work your PC's is it a standard 3 X 5,or do you go 2-3 rep sets also?
Do you guys in high school have max attempts at PC's?
Do you bring the bar all the way back to the mat,and start over form there,or from waist up?
When you do them do you have the deep position of the olympic lifter during a clean/jerk?

Have you had kids get hurt doing these while using proper form?
