Now I've never really maxed out on deads or squats, but I know I'm quite a bit over 300 with deads (at least) and today I was going to try a max squat kind of half assed.
I went down there and warmed up with a couple sets of 225 and then just tried 295 and it was pretty damn easy, I could have gotten at least 5-6 reps with 295. It was a real "all of a sudden" thing and I just went down and tried it without warming up properly. Plus I just squatted on Thursday so I'm a little sore. EDIT: just did 320x1 pretty easily too. And 325.
My bench should be at least 290-300 by now, so I should really try to get a max of all three some time.
Sorry for the useless post, but I'm pretty excited to finally be getting there after being below a 700 total when I got my power rack last October. By the end of the year I'll be over 1000. It's about damn time. Then I can finally consider myself not so weak.
