I did 5x5 squats on friday. And my legs are still very very very sore. I have deadlifts today. Should I just skip them?
Do the deadlifts, and do them heavy. Soreness really doesn't mean jack.
I'd say suck it up and deadlift but you really just need to listen to your body. I never miss a workout because I am sore. But if that soreness is more than just regular DOMS I don't have any problem missing a workout or at the very least just doing my lighter accessory work.
