My lower back feels painful for about 2 weeks now. Ive had it before (on and off) but never this long. When I walk or lie down its ok but when I sit and wanna get out of the chair it feels painful and I cant stand straight up for a few seconds. Ive been neglecting the pain for months and never pay attention to it but this time it feels serious. I havent been squatting or deadlifting for about 2 weeks nog.
Any tips to get better and how to prevent ot the next time?
