The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Whatever fits into your diet/meal plan. If you needs the calories/macros then eat/drink enough to get there. If you want a 1000 calories and your shake is 500 then eat a 500 cal meal. Simple as that.

Best plan is to eat something small with protein/carbs about an hour before - an MRP, or oats with a scoop of whey...or something else light with similar macro's. During the workout drink 1 scoop protein, 2 scoops of waxy maize and 5g creatine. Some might say Results is better, it might be, I never used it. I like waxy maize because it doesn't fill me up or cause bloating and dextrose does.

Within 30 minutes drink your shake.

Within an hour after that (or with the previous meal) eat a good sized (25% total calories) regular meal, take 2g microlactin before bed, and your good to go.
