YoungGuns, it's actually a 6 week program that just focuses on alot of squats, and heavy breathing. It's made my lougnes very soar, but my uncle gave me the program and told me i'd increase dramatically in strenght when I i got bigger lougnes, which I've completed this week. After the coming friday I'll start doing lower sets again. My uncle btw, had the european squat record for a while, he's allways been clean, and he benched 170 kg at 75 kg bodyweight.

nhlfan, right after those second set-pictures were taken I went to Texas, and the food was so cheap there, I bet I ate 6000 cals a day without even drinking calories. Trained like crazy the whole time, and went home, continiued bulk for 2 more months, changed to this program I'm on now. So I guess 6 months ago. Looking to train with me and my buddy while you're here? Would be cool. Thanks for seeing progress btw

it's been 5 weeks, and i've reached my first goal on the bench, and increased my 1rm deadlift, which im really psyched about. feels like just yesterday i was lifting 110 and 175, and now I'm lifting 220 and 310.
I'll post some pictures on my birthday, december 21st, hopefully there will be some results I'm aiming for 242 benchpress before x-mas too, that would be awesome.
