The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Seriously impressive lift. BTW, what does a static lift do to your overall bench? What is the benefit, I guess is what I'm asking...

Thanx, but these arent elbow wraps these are those forearm wraps that metal sales.i just put them at the bottom of my tricep not around the elbow cause the pain is at the bottom of my tricep connecting into the elbow area.

Thanx okay i think in my opinion that it helps off the chest strength, another words the initial push off the chest it helps build that up.So far they seem to work for me i seem a lot more explosive off my chest since i started doing these.

regarding these static pin presses due to my crazy schedule and not being able to find a spot
I end up doing that static pin press very close to my chest also and at a weight of about 168 lbs I have doubled 315 and a single with 330 again right at my chest is where I press from.
Can any estimate what your raw bench press should be and how it may relate to the weight used in a static pin press that is right at your chest.

    thanks very much.
