500 LB Bench UPA Meet 19 yrs old

    Hey all

Once again sorry for not coming on much anymore but im really busy lately.

We had a small in-house meet with Ryam Desmond, only about 7 of us, i hit a PR with my first legal 500 lb bench, just missed 520 after.

For those who forgot me i just turned 19 in sept, weighted in at 241 pounds, used a size 52 double rage X that i can put on by myself
Looking to put on 15-20 more pounds and hit a 600 drug free before i turn 20.

(squats and deadlifts been on hold due to back injury, should be around 635 in breifs)

Ill have a video in a few days!

no more maxing out RAW, lowest is a 1 board, dont need a pec tear now!

    but i generally go up to 365 easy on a 1 board or 1 inch foam, 405-420 on a 2 board, and 425-430 on a 3 board.

Why do you think you'd tear a pec?
