The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

These are a couple of articles on diet and how your body adapts to what you do to it. I'm on this diet now and I have to say that it was hard for the first 2 days, but honestly, I haven't felt weaker yet. My Goal is to tone up and get a wider upper body. The Toning part is coming along because I do my cardio when I'm supposed to. As for looking wider, I don't see it, but you know what? I feel it. It might sound a little silly to say I feel it, but I'm sure if I keep this up, I'll be fine. If I'm not, then I'll put up a post here saying the diet ceased to work.

Read up and I hope this helps any one who is looking to tone up without the expense of losing strength or mass.

    1. The Animalbolic diet (which was first published a few years back on some Hardcore Bodybuilding board). You can read about it at:

    2. The Warrior's diet (a much controversed diet). You can read about it at:

    http://www.testosterone.net/html/body_64war.html
    http://t-mag.com/html/body_67guide.html

    p.s.
if ya'll think I'm derranged, flame me. I'd probably deserve it.

    Cheers!
