    before and after

    Greetings people! I'm new here. Just thought I'd try with some pics.

    Before is taken summer06, after is somewhere in the late 2007 i believe.

    Not that much of a transformation, but at least it's a start.

    Welcome! Hard to tell too much based on the quality of the after pics, but it definately looks like you put on some mass!

    You should of put on a before picture of your back.. nevertheless, It looks your progressing, keep up the good work.

    Is picture After1 a joke? It's so dark you can't see anything but your silhouette. If you want criticism, put a well lit before pic with the same exact pose as a well lit after pic so people can actually COMPARE the two. You're wasting everyone's time who would be more than willing to give you feedback otherwise.
