    westside barbell

    I started the program on monday ,its going well except one thing, I losted a lot of shoulder strenght, like usually I can press 80lbs db for 8 reps, now I'm only doing 60s for 10 for 3 sets, is it ok if I start fridays workout with db presses instead of bench?

    It's been less then a week and you are trying to change the routine? Do more reading man.

    I have a feeling you need to stick to the routine longer.
