Not my best day of squatting. Couldn't get any vids because my training partner didn't want to go but next time I will.
Moral of the day: Don't have a lady friend over on squat day. With that said.. hip thrusts ~500x1 PR (she's a looker).

Didn't have chalk with me so that should help for next time, probably gonna do these every day till my thumbs adjust.
In regards to the back pumps, it hurts like hell, the taurine in my protein seems to help but lately they're almost unbearable and kill my workout, maybe Ive been a bit overzealous and need more rest?
