    Not my best day of squatting. Couldn't get any vids because my training partner didn't want to go but next time I will.

    Moral of the day: Don't have a lady friend over on squat day. With that said.. hip thrusts ~500x1 PR (she's a looker).

    Cycle 1 Wave 1 Squat (3x5)


    BB Squat

    Warm up
    225x5
    275x5
    315x5
    365x2, felt week and bad pumps in lower back

    Front Squat

    135x5
    225x2, weak again

    Hack Squat

    3pps x 10
    4pps x 5
    5pps x 5
    6pps x 5

    Leg Curl and Leg Ext

    120x10x3, slow negative with pause at top

    Calf stuff

    Trying to work my hook grip so I can be cool

    Static Holds, hook grip

    135 x 30secs
    225 x 15secs
    315 x 15secs x 2
    405 x 5secs, pain

    Didn't have chalk with me so that should help for next time, probably gonna do these every day till my thumbs adjust.

    In regards to the back pumps, it hurts like hell, the taurine in my protein seems to help but lately they're almost unbearable and kill my workout, maybe Ive been a bit overzealous and need more rest?

    Got another bench session in today, I was supposed to deadlift but back is still tight. And just realized I benched 3 days ago which was stupid but Im gonna rest up over the weekend and heal up.

    Cycle 1 Week 2 Bench (3x3)

    BB Bench

    Warm up
    135x10
    185x5
    225x5
    260x7, had 8 with a finger tap but couldn't lock it on my own

    Dont know why I did 5 reps on my first two working sets, forgot what day it was.

    DB Floor Press

    100x5x3

    Dips
    BWx10x2
    BWx8

    Cable Flys
    50x12x3

    Tried to hook grip again today but 315 felt like it was ripping my thumb nail off. Got a bunch of busted blood vessels under the nail. Maybe two days in a row was too soon.

    365x2, fucking disappointed. Same weight and reps as last time and just not feeling strong at all. Got a video. Squats even look high. I know up until recently the most I ever squated was 325 but I'm still not happy.
