yes I know I suck at squatting, but it'll get up there soon enough.

On my first 325 attempt I got to the bottom and split the hell out of my boxers. Don't know why I was squatting in boxers but that never happned to me. I thought it was pretty funny, but my form is terrible as you can see, don't go crazy it was a PR, obviously my butt comes up too soon and I gm'ed it the rest of the way but oh well, my squat is at least going up.

my grip started to give on these, no chalk today. It doesn't look like 315 on the bar but it is.

then did some calf raises with 225

I'll do my upper back later, I'm hungry and tired right now.

Nice work Chalky. Your benching and pressing is oustanding.

Those high rep deads, I would barf for sure.

I dunno man, ''forcefully pulling legs apart'' = bad girl I thought.

I mean it in the way you would talk to a dog, such as "good girl, thanks for opening your legs" or "bad girl! stop closing your legs" I guess it could go both ways though haha

thanks for asking, I iced it last night and put some Bengay on it and it feels much better today, I've been doing some stretches and reverse hypers and it really helped to loosen it up, I'll be pulling 500 in a few weeks hopefully.

Hitting heavy deads and squats together. Nice.
