    How Do you work your BACKSIDE?

    Here is a funky question for you guys. What are some exercices you do to target the Backside??????? I know it is Funny. But HELP!!!!!!!!

    Well, if you must ask, sumo DL's and squats (the sumo part is the key), reverse hyperextensions, good mornings, SLDL's, pull-throughs......are you seeing the trend here? Pretty much anything that involves loaded hip extension will do it.
    Vin Diesel has a fever.. and the only prescription is more cowbell.
