I know how to bulk, easy. EAT ALOT.
I'm in no way done bulking. I went from 140-150 in about a month and jumped 20-30lbs in my lifts. It's great. My plan is to bulk to 190 and cut to 175-180. But the opposite of cutting is not EAT NOTHING. It's different. I don't know what it is though. Anyone want to link me to some cutting instructions? Thanks alot guys.
if i were to cut, I'd eat cleaner, healthier foods (as well as all the meat and carbs, etc.) and throw in some cardio. However I would actually increase calories with cardio or just keep them the same because I wouldn't want to risk burning fat.
Stats: Bodyweight : Current= 150 lbs, Height = 5ft11.5
Bench Press:160 lbs/Squat:225 lbs,/Deadlift:305/Total:675lbs/
Not strong yet, but getting there.
Just keep eating for now. You have a while to go.
