after workin out chest and back yest, i have a sharp pain in my upper right arm. i increased weight on my incline dumbbell bench yest and i struggled a bit. could be it? im taking off today. shouldnt be anything serious... right?
Dunno. I'd give it a few days and see what happens. If not any improvements, go see the doc.

where exactly is the pain in your upper arm?
from the part where my shoulder meets my arm, about 2-3 inches down my arm from there
that does sound like the rotator cuff to be honest, though it could simply be strain. did you try the test on the link you gave, particularly this one...
Hold your arm at your side, bend your elbow, and turn your wrist so your thumb points toward the ceiling. Your health professional will try to force your hand in toward your stomach as you resist by trying to rotate your arm outward. If your rotator cuff is weak or torn, you will not be able to hold your arm steady as your health professional pushes on it...
and doing a front raise motion against resistance?
also, does lying on it hurt?

lying on it doesnt hurt really, and i passed that test, but i also read the pain is more in the shoulder usually? and mine is in the top side of arm? so maybe ice will help?
also i was talking to a kid who tore his rotator cuff, he said he could move his arm, i can move my arm around a bit, it just hurts a little, could be a strain??? or i just slept on it funny?
probably muscle soreness, i get soreness in that area you described too
same symptoms too? what do you do? day or 2 off?
well if you really aren't sure, i would wait a few days to see if it feels any better
using icy hot now... hope that works?

the thing i dont get is, it says it comes from too much pushing and not enough pushing (aka weak lower back), but i am doing the baby got back workout, so how is that possible. im just so pissed off i have to deal w this bs.
i also was just talking to someone who plays baseball about rotator cuffs, he doesnt think thats my prob, cause my pain is the outside of my arm and he said it goes from your back near your shoulderblades stright over your shoulder, rotator cuff pain taht is.
