Im 5'11 174 pounds and 19% BF

2. 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight.

3. 1 gram for every pound of LEAN bodyweight

4. How do i convert that tho?

5. 174 pounds = 174 grams of protein at 1 gram per pound. 261 grams at 1.5 grams.
If you wanted to use LEAN body mass (doesn't really matter, that much), then you'd have to find your lean mass, which all calculators can't do accurately. You can spend alot of time crunching numbers or use 1-1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight. The extra protein won't hurt.

I weigh 255 and I'm consuming about 350 g's of protein a day.

Yeah it doesn't really matter that much, depends how obsessive you are. Just get as much protein as possible.
