DAY 1 (Monday): Lower body/static ab work/obliques
DAY 2 (Tuesday): Upper body and trunk flexion
DAY 3 (Weds): Rest
DAY 4 (Thursday): Lower body, static ab work/obliques
DAY 5 (Friday): Upper body and trunk flexion
DAY 6 (Sat): Rest
DAY 7 (Sun):Rest (cardio)
Ive been following this routine to a tee. But once a month i have to miss my Monday routine due to work conflictions. So on that week i shift everything and treat Tues as my first day (Mon/Lowerbody) so my only rest day on that weekend is sun. Then the next day (mon/lowerbody) i start over w/ the regular routine. Should i be fine with Sun being my only rest day on that weekend? I think i am being a little anal, but wanted to know if its enough time to recover.
