Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

How long have you been going to school for, and how long is the internship? Also, congrats!

    sounds pretty cool.
be prepared to ask them a lot of questions. Think of it like this: You are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you. So you can ask them about personal growth within the company, growth with respect to the company inside its own industry, status of their it department, what they are looking for out of their employees/you, etc

also, be prepared to answer the stupid questions ie "Give me a time where you had to deal with an unpleasant customer. Waht did you do and how did you solve the problem" etc etc.

Reko said what I would say. Show interest in the environment, ask questions, look professional. You'll nail it. Good luck and congrats.

If you realized people were getting salmonella from your peanut butter, what is the first thing you'd do?

The most difficult question I've been asked was-
"Why do you want to work here?"

This was for a nuclear waste packing/shipping facility....very hard to answer.

I own a house about 30min away from here, not too far into Kentucky. They have a Con-Agra plant there. I used to live in that house, and I would go in the local Kmart and the smell in the parking lot and even the first 30 feet of the store was overwhelming. It was like sewage, burning flesh, and fresh farts, and it hung in the air like a warm fog. It literally burned in your nose. It was the kind of smell that has you involuntarily making a face to show your complete disgust to the offending odor.

So, I finally asked one of the cashiers what the smell was. She says, "It's the Cook's hams. They make them over at Con-Agra."

    Canned hams.

Not only canned hams, but a large pile of bones and refuse behind the plant that was always covered by a large tarp of some sort. I guess they just put something on it to break it down faster..limestone or something.

Think about all that the next time you wife or mom cracks a canned ham for dinner. The smell that came out of that place was NOT the smell of ham cooking..not even close.

nice man, comp sci is a tough major as you get closer to graduation. I'm getting a minor in comp sci and majoring in business. When you are at ur interview, ASK INTELLIGENT QUESTIONS. This helps separate you from "the herd". For example, upon conclusion of the interview(s) ask a question similar to this, "what kind of characteristics does an individual possess that allows them to succeed in this position?"

    regards
