Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
Is it possible---Lose wieght but gain/maintain muslce?
I am just curious if it is possible to lose wieght while at the same time maintaining mabye even gaining muscle? What kind of diet do you need to have to lose weight but gain/maintain muscle? If someone could elaborate I would appreciate it!
