    Best Squat Ever?

I may have to say yes. Especially considering this guy uses no belt, wraps, or a suit...

I can't watch youtube right now. Its restricted here in school. Would you be so kind to explain to me what he did? How heavy was it? Who was the guy? How deep? How wide was the stance? How much did he weigh and how fast was he in the eccentric portion? Thank you.

Strong yes, but I prefer this squat. Then again, I might be a bit biased since he's my buddy.

Yeah, Chakarov was a beast! Eduardo Guadamud's 310 x 2 squat is ridiculously impressive too. Its hard to not be impressed with the depth, speed and ease that they hit these things with.

I think rather than writing you a novel, I'll just let you wait until you access a computer where you can watch it yourself.

That was what I couldn't get over. Chakarov is moving heavy ass weight for a double as if he only has 135 on his back...

I've never wanted to squat so much until I found this site.
I used to do 135 3X10 maybe twice a month. I'm hooked now!

I cannot remember the name or even the year but I do remember when I was 14 or so I got a copy of powerlifting usa and they showed a picture of a huge russian guy in a drug free meet squating over 900 pounds and literally his butt was maybe 4 inches from the ground and he was in a singlet and that was it.

doesn't the quote say something to the effect of: "three lights meant you were too low"?

Those were great squats. How many meets have you done, internet judge? More guys who can tell depth from ghe front. Stick with what you know. This stuff, you don't know.
