    A tribute to my friend

I lost a good friend and traning partner Matt Cole on Friday. Matt was a great person and an animal in the gym. He will be missed.

These are some video's that show everyone what Matt76 was all about! I post these links with a tear in my eye.

Sorry for the loss, it has to be especially tough on everyone when it's a younger person that passes.

There was no quit in that kid forsure.

Matt was 23 when he was killed. He had held bench World records in the APA and WABDL as a JR.

Sorry to hear about that. I recognized the user name right away (remember him posting good helpful info to people), and the great videos.
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold
