Ugh, scuse me, I just puked watching that video. FREAKINAWSOME!!! (yes, that is one word!)
Is there anything that you can't do???
Straightening out pipe cleaners for over 20 years.
One question, I noticed that all 4 guys have their hands positioned pretty wide on the bar when they squat. Over on Elite, they usually say that you should keep your hands as close together as you can because it will help to keep the upper back tighter and force your elbows under the bar. I just wanted to get some thoughts in light of the above video as I have tried and tried, but I just cannot keep my elbows perpendicular (or even close to that) under the bar. Thanks for the thoughts.
Wow that is incredible strength, man i gotta find a job up that way i want to move just to train there so bad.Who is that bald guy? i havent seen him before but the speed in which he moves is incredible all the guys moved fast but i havent seen him before i dont think.Thanx for posting this Travis
How did they do at the meet?
Yeah Luke has been in all the videos. Once he puts stuff together, he's going to be a huge contender at 275.
Luke squatted 1015, benched 650, and pulled 750 - leaving a ton on the platform
Greg squatted 1015 benched 800 and pulled 815 - leaving a lot in the squat
Matt had a rough day in the squat. He opened with 1100 and looked like he had it but got wobbly at the top and got reds. Jumped to 1200 for a second and plopped the bar right on his disrupted nerve on his neck so he was done for the day.
Tony Bologne didn't compete. He decided he's going to do the Lexen ProAm though
that's ****ing awesome
I'll even edit it so that it reads flawlessly so there is no more confusion on your part
Awesome vid Travis!
I have a question for you. They seem to only have 2 side spotters. I'm sure they miss weights fairly often, what happens when someone misses with 1200+lbs at the top and only 2 spotters?
There's 4 spotters. You just can't see the other two very well.
But no, during circa max there is hardly ever a missed weight. Thats the way its designed
Travis, go ahead and tell Jon to post this.
