    Bigger Chest

    What are the ideal lifts to do to get a bigger chest, i know benching pushups flys but does anybody know any more? and how often should i work out my chest? and what are the most important chest work outs?

    Theres lots. A basic benchpress works. Weighted dips... They each work your entire chest. You can do inclines or declines too.

    As far as frequency, a basic 5x5 routine where you hit your entire body 3x a week would probably be best for someone at your weight.

    Bench Press and Dips should do the trick but at 140lbs I wouldn't think your chest would be big. Your other numbers are really high for your age/weight if they are legit.

    140 at 5'4" isn't that small...

    Bench and Dips. Not pushups!

    switching between regular bench and flat db bench. Try rest pause sets
