    Tom Mutaffis Stone Run from CA's Strongest

    Not a super heavy stone run but kept good speed - loading all 5 in 20 seconds (240 lbs, 275 lbs, 290 lbs, 310 lbs, 340 lbs)

    Needed a little more rest coming into this contest, didn't hit any PR's but still took home 2nd Place out of a field of 11 LW athletes (5-6 of them national level competitors in 2008).

    It was a platinum level contest and so I am qualified for Nationals 2009 now. Am planning for my next contest now, most likely in January - time for some intense and focused training.
