    overhead dumbell press and military press same workout?

    in wanna be big routine 1 it says that on friday that i should be doing overhead dumbell press but then it says i should be doing the military press in rack also.. what gives, there basically the same exercise right? is there a difference or what?

    height: 6'3

    weight: 175

    short term goal: 200

    Long term goal: Lean 225
