    I need a weight lifting workout plan

    Hi, i just turned 15 and i just got a workout excersise bench. I got this one:

    Im 5'11 (and a half) and about 135 lbs.

    I was wondering if somebody can write me up a workout plan, with how much weight to do and everything.

    Use the search. Do some reading. There is a ton of information and at least 20 threads a day like this one- no offense to you. Base your routine around squats, deadlifts, pullups, rows, and pressing
