    heres a good recovery drink

    Take 2 scoops of whey protein and a lil jar of baby food sweet poatatoes, mix it all together and recover

    Sounds Nasty...........

    I live by 40g Vanilla Whey and 40-50g Dextrose, mixed with fruit punch or orange Gatorade......Tastes great......

    Dude thats gross.

    I do two scoops of opticen and 1 scoop of nitrean for post workout and then 1 scoop opticen nd 2 scoops nitrean before bed and i ocasionally throw in some glutamine. that makes deceant tasting shakes but you cant beat the recovery on that!
